By downloading, installing, or using the ZERA Business app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
ZERA Business is a mobile and web application that helps small businesses manage inventory, products, customers, orders, and generate invoices. The App offers both free and premium (PRO) subscription tiers.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
ZERA PRO is available as an auto-renewable subscription with the following options:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
New users may receive a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged the subscription price.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App (products, customer data, orders, etc.). You grant ZERA a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the service.

The App, its design, code, and branding are owned by ZERA. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the App settings.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZERA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
